I have seen how the gospel of jesus christ has blessed the lives of members. People here do not have a lot of money. Elder kognani and i bought an english bible, book of mormon, doctrine and covenats, and pearl of great price for a member from
Sierra Leon. I have never seen someones face smile so much. The member was so happy to finally have the scriptures, in a language that she could understand. I have always known the scriptures were important, and i knew they brought joy to our lives.... but words can not describe the joy that that young mother had when she saw her own pair of scriptures.
